Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenge - Colour Challenge #013

Hello and welcome to my blog.

I am Denita, and you are visiting me in Australia.

I hope you are enjoying the inspire.create.stamping Challenges 'Colour Challenge' #013?

We would love to see you Colour Challenge creations in our gallery, and you can add your creations here.

We are using the colours inspired from the

Sale-a-Bration 'Bubbles & Fizz Designer Series Paper'.

Don't worry if you don't have the DSP - create something fabulous with the colours above; Basic Gray, Bermuda Bay, Daffodil Delight & Lemon-Lime Twist.

'You are simply Amazing'

I have used 4 Sale-a-Bration products for my creations:

*'Bubbles & Fizz DSP', 'Amazing You' stamp set & '3/8" Shimmer Ribbon Pack'

**'Celebrate You Thinlit Dies'

*FREE with a $90AUD purchase

**FREE with a $180AUD purchase

Starting out with the SAB 'Bubbles & Fizz DSP', I made some mini envelopes using the 'Lots to Love Box Framelits Dies' Box Die. Adding coordinating cardstock as the backing, and adding the slit to the cardstock to hold the flap of the envelope in place.

*My friend Sara has made similar style envelopes for the 'Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop'. Sara is clever and has a little photo tutorial. Be like Sara!

My envelopes are the same but different, and I hope you get the opportunity to make some for yourself.

The 'Whisper White' cards are custom made to fit the envelopes measuring 5 1/2" (scored at 2 3/4") x 4 3/4" or 14cm (scored at 7cm) x 12cm

A handful of cuteness, wrapped with some 'Bermuda Bay Shimmer Ribbon' from the SAB '3/8" Shimmer Ribbon Pack'.

A ready made pack of cards & envelopes to keep in your stash for everyone and for any occasion.

Thankyou for being here, and I hope you have been inspired with all the lovliness of the 'Bubbles & Fizz DSP' Colour Challenge! I can't wait to see what the inspire.create.stamping Challenges Design Team have for us but most of all what you will create.

Bird is the Word - Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop

This month the Creation Station Design Team are creating with the theme
'Bird is the Word'.
You may have arrived form Sara's blog - a big welcome to you now that you are visiting me in Australia! You can visit all the other Design Team Members at the end of my post.

'Bird Banter' is my stamp set of choice for this Blog Hop, and I have coloured all of my birds with 'Watercolor Pencils' & a 'Blender Pen'.
*I also used the 'Flirty Flamingo' & 'Lemon-Lime Twist' Watercolor Pencils from the 'Lots of Happy Card Kit'.

I love these little Budgerigars; nicknamed Budgies.

The girls have brown on top of their beaks, and boys have blue.

These pair are so adorable sitting on the 'Pool Party Tutti Frutti Card',

from the *Sale-a-Bration Brochure.

A very sharp looking Sulphur Crested Cockatoo perched on the 'Daffodil Delight Tutti Frutti Card'.

When I was a little girl, we were given a baby cockatoo. He fell out of his nest, in a huge Gum Tree on our friends Sheep property, and we called him 'Cocky Wright'.

"Cocky Wright was so cheeky. His wings were clipped and he would run after my brother. My brother would run away screaming and crying. Cocky Wright copied my brother's cry and the neighbour's would run out to see if my brother was OK? He was. It was Cocky Wright. He copied everything we said to him, and chewed all the ribbons I decorated his cage with!"

Such a marvelous looking Toucan.

He looks a bit lovely on the 'Lemon-Lime Twist Tutti Frutti Card'.

And this magestic Macaw, he is ready to wish someone a very 'Happy Birthday'. Loving the 'Calypso Coral Tutti Frutti Card' for this guy.

Next on the Blog Hop is my gorgeous friend, Dena.

Dena always has the funnest creations and her videos are just the best. I can't wait to see what Dena has for us.

Thankyou for visiting my blog, and keep hopping for more 'Bird is the Word' inspiration.

Have a fabulous day. D xox

My little guy just loves animals, and he has a list of his favourites.

I stamped the 'Bird Banter' birds, and whilst I was typing up my blog, and watermarking my photos, Finnlay has coloured his birds with his textas. A good 30 minutes of creative effort, and loving the peaceful creative time my little guy had. And that smile.

Just Add Ink - Colour Challenge #398

Are you ready for a Colour Challenge?

The Just Add Ink Design Team have a Colour Challenge #398 this week, and it's quite a beautiful trio of colours.
You can join in with our Colour Challenge, and you can add your creation to our gallery here.

I just love the cute critters from 'We Must Celebrate' stamp set...

A 'Thankyou, you're the best' for my wonderful Downline who lent me her

'We Must Celebrate' stamp set, and now I need to have it in my stash!

A bit of colouring using 'Berry Burst Classic Stampin' Pad' and a 'Blender Pen' for the 'Thankyou'. I added some 'Sahara Sand' shading with the same method.

My squirrel and acorns were stamped onto 'Sahara Sand' cardstock.

Squirrel; coloured with a 'Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Marker', and for his tummy and tail I used a 'White Stampin' Chalk Marker'.

Acorns; coloured with a 'Sahara Sand Stampin' Write Marker' and a 'Crumb Cake Stampin' Write Marker'.

Can you see the shiny acorn tops? - a touch of fine tip glue for those.

Dimensions: Whisper White card base 4" x 4" (10cm x 10cm)

'Sahara Sand' cardstock mat 3 7/8" x 3 7/8" (9.8 cm x 9.8cm)

'Whisper White' cardstock mat 3 6/8" x 3 6/8" (9.6cm x 9.6cm)

I created a 'Berry Burst' envelope using the 'Envelope Punch Board'. I used 'Naturally Eclectic DSP'.

It's always fun making a card and matchy matchy envelope. And this 'Berry Burst' is just perfect!

Thankyou so much for visiting. Get hopping to see all the creations from the Design Team. I have had a sneak peek and they are all divine!

Have a fabulous Friday. D xox
