And while I am at it, I have also created for Colour INKspiration Challenge #CI03 using Marina Mist, Peekaboo Peach, Soft Suede, Whisper White & Soft Sky.

I have used the 'Weather Together' Bundle for my 'Get Well Soon' creation...

I made this card for my niece who had Emergency appendectomy. Poor possum! She has made an incredible recovery with only 2 days off school, recuperated over the weekend and back to school this week.

I waterwashed the 'Shimmery White' cardstock with 'Marina Mist' & 'Soft Sky' ink and my 'Aqua Painter', giving the slightest hint of blue for the background. The clouds are made from Vellum, outlined with Marina Mist. And on the inside some Peekaboo Peach washi tape from the 'Tasty Treats Designer Washi Tape' pack.

A little detail with machine stitching in the corners, and one of the die cut hearts. And some 'Linen Thread' to attach the bannered sentiment.

Global Design Project - 'Colour' Challenge #gdp073

OK. Here we go...

I am this weeks Guest Designer for the Global Design Project 'Colour Challenge' #gdp073!!!

So honoured and excited to be chosen by the GDP Team and to be here with these beautiful and amazingly talented Stampin' Up! Demonstrators from around the world.

How bright and beautiful are this weeks colours? This is the little something I created...

Where to start? What to create?

I know! Let's open my brand new 'Celebrate Everyday Project Life Card Collection'. All the colours I need are right there, and this card collection is so versatile and so is the coordinating 'Accessory Pack'.

I have used the 'Cottage Greetings' stampset for my sentiment. The font is so beautiful, and it fits perfectly inside the heart. The little spray of flowers, and the 'Emerald Envy Solid Baker's Twine' are a bit gorgeous too. I love the little details.

'Birthday Bonanza' - Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop

It's a Birthday Bonanza and the Creation Station Design Team have all your Birthday projects sorted. With all the amazing 'Birthday' products in the Annual Catalogue & the Occasions Catalogue, I have made some creations from the 'Party Animal Suite' found in the 'Occasions Catalogue'.

My boys are back to school after their lovely Summer Holidays, and the Birthday invitations are flowing in! My 'Big Shot' has been getting a workout, and I have been creating up a Birthday Bonanza storm. I have some bits & pieces ready for last minute gifting too.

I started out with the 'Baker's Box' using the 'Party Animal DSP' with all the presents. My 7 year old helped design the Birthday card for his friend, Archie! Finnlay picked the colours for the balloons and the bow.

*A gift card can fit inside the Baker's Box, and I added some gold chocolate coins for an extra treat.

This set is more feminine; the card is sweet & simple with the Polka Dot balloons from the 'Balloon Adventures Bundle', the Treat Bag made using the 'Curvy Keepsake Box Thinlits' and the sentiment from the 'Suite Sentiments' stamp set.

And I really love the candle pattern on this DSP.

We have a lovely little friend turning 2 tomorrow, and he is just the 'Best little guy!' He will love the 'Party Animal DSP' on his card, and you can't miss the big number 2!

I made a few gift tags using the 'hinge' die, and decorating with left overs from the DSP & cardstock.

Hinge die?, you ask. In case you're wondering... I have highlighted the said die above from the'Balloon Adventures Bundle'.

My gift tags measure 5cm x 16.2cm (scored at 8.1cm), or 2" x 6 3/8" (scored at 3 3/16")
