Inspired by Texture - Stamping Station

 

The Stamping Station Design Team is here for the month of March, and our theme is 'Inspired by Texture'.

My creation contains texture from an Embossing Folder, Ribbon & Embellishments and a gold heat embossed sentiment on the inside.

All the feels when working with paper, stamps & ink!

My creation is a triple layered card using 1/2 sheet of Designer Series Paper. 

You get 2 cards from 1 sheet using this method and it's a great way to use your stash of DSP!

I have embossed the floral using the 'Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder'.

It feels lovely to touch and enhances the floral pattern of the paper - as it's the part of the card front you use to open the card.

The card fully opened with the surprise gold embossed sentiment and extra embellishments.

I have used the divine 'Memories in Bloom 12" x 12" Two-Toned Cardstock', embossed with an Embossing Folder and secured with the beautiful 'Strawberry Slush Faux Linen Ribbon'.

'Strawberry Slush Gems' were a perfect little addition too.

Layers of Love - Stamping Station

 

The Stamping Station Design Team is here for the month of February, and our theme is 'Layers of Love'.

You may have noticed our new branding as we have merged the 'Creation Station Design Team' and the 'Stamping Sunday Design Team' together! 

There will be so much inspiration and lots of creations to share with you, and now I can share what I have made...

Celebrating layers & love with a Valentine's Day card.

All the layers:

Cardstock: 'Basic White' card base & card front with a 'Pretty in Pink' layer.

Ribbon: 'Old Olive Specialty Rickrack' & 'White Twine' bow.

Embossed circle element: 'All in a Row Embossing Folder' & 'Spotlight On Nature Dies' with 'Basic White' leaves die cut from the 'Charming Day Dies'.

Floral element: Stamped & die cut using the 'Charming Day Bundle'.

Layers for the main element - die cut, coloured, fussy cut & 'Stampin' Dimensionals' for a 3D look.

The 'Stampin' Blends Markers' were the best colouring option for the flowers & leaves, and I added a touch of 'Flirty Flamingo Watercolor Pencil' and used the 'Wink of Stella Glitter Brush' to blend into the roses.

I also used the 'Light Pool Party Stampin' Blends Marker' to outline the edge of the die cut flourish.

'Happy Valentine's Day'

I have not stamped this sentiment! 

I found it from within the sweet 'Love Notes Designer Series Paper' and it was the perfect fit for my card. I added the 'Pretty in Pink' mat underneath & the adorable tiny heart from the 'Loose Valentine's Assortment'.

Stamping Sunday - Perfect Pairing

 Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Design Team Blog Hop.

I'm Denita, from Australia - you may be starting with me, or have hopped from Tammy from the USA.

It's the 3rd Sunday in the month of May, and our creations follow our theme; 'Perfect Pairing'; something old with something new. 

The Design Team have created some lovely 'Perfect Pairing' themed creations for this month and we hope you are inspired.

I have paired the OLD 'Daisy Punch', 'Label Me Bold' stamp set & 'Gilded Gems' embellishments with the NEW 'Darling Duckling cardstock', 'Cute as can Bee Designer Series Paper', 'Meant to Bee Dies', 'Impressions Abloom Dies' & 'Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder'.

A sweet & simple creation using my favourite OLD products beautifully combined with the NEW products available.
