 It's a Colour INKspiration Colour Challenge, and thanks to Cheryll Miller for choosing our divine photo and colours for inspiration.

Card base: 'Soft Suculent' cardstock, stamped images (frangipani flower & large leaf images) from the 'Timeless Tropical stamp set using 'Soft Succulent' ink.

'The Great Outdoors' - Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop

The Creation Station Design Team have a Blog Hop with the theme; 'The Great Outdoors' using a monochromatic colour palette. 

I have used the 'Wildly Happy' stamp set with background floral stamps from 'Lovely You', 'Timeless Tropical' & 'Forever Fern'.

My colours: 'Sahara Sand', 'Smoky Slate', 'Cajun Craze' & ' Whisper White' with 'Basic Black'.

I stamped the flourish image with 'Sahara Sand' ink onto 'Sahara Sand' cardstock prior to running it through the 'Subtle 3D Embossing Folder'.

The palm trees from the 'Timeless Tropical' stamp set are a perfect background for the elephants.

A touch of 'White Chalk Marker' to highlight the ears, face & tail of the foxes.

Some colouring with 'Stampin Blends Markers' for the pandas; 'Smoky Slate Combo' & 'Light Basic Black'.

Colour INKspiration #CI84

The Colour INKspiration Crew have done it again, and there is the most beautiful tropical inspired photo for our latest Colour Challenge.

'Magenta Madness', 'Just Jade', 'Rich Razzleberry', 'Garden Green' & 'Rococo Rose'.

You can also use Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Sahara Sand, Whisper White & Metallics.

I am loving the white pineapples appearing on Social Media.

They are fresh, and all I want is some Tropical warmth right now as we have had a very cold blast from Antarctica recently.

I have added all the Challenge colours onto my white pineapple, using the flowers & leaf die cuts from the 'In The Tropics Dies'.

No stamping, and all die cuts.

Stamping on the inside of the card, with a sentiment from the 'Timeless Tropical' stamp set.

How cute is this gift tag?

*Tip: I traced the negative space from the bottom part of the pineapple onto 'Whisper White' cardstock. Cut out the tracing, and adhere onto the back of the pineapple base to write a note.

A little matchy-matchy white pineapple and tropical flower love!

The Spot Challenge - Colour Challenge #119

Hello, and welcome to my blog. 

There is a newish Challenge Blog, and I have finally found some time to create a project.

The Spot Creative Challenge has a Colour Challenge, and I love the Colour combination they have put up this week. 

Magenta Madness, Basic Black, Gold & Pool Party. 

I created a 'Gold Foil' pineapple, die cut from 'In The Tropics Dies'.

It's just so fabulous!

I then created a stamped pineapple background, using 'Pool Party' ink on 'Pool Party' cardstock. 

The 'Stamparatus' helped me make the ombre effect, and a little run through the 'Subtle 3D Embossing Folder' for a little texture.

I added die cut 'Magenta Madness' &'Pool Party'flowers to the pineapple, and the sentiment has been die cut 3 times to enhance the 'aloha' on the card front.
