Just Add Ink - 'Inspiration' Challenge #577

Hello, and welcome to my blog.
The Just Add Ink Challenge this week is an 'Inspiration' Challenge from the image below.

This is a great opportunity to add your own spin from the image by using a stamp set, ribbons and embellishments of your choice.
You can add your project to our JAI gallery here.

Kim found this beautiful image for our Challenge, and I have literally taken the colours & foliage for my design, and I have used the *'Baby Wipe Technique' to add the colours to my stamp.

A different kind of Christmas card, yet 'Wishing you a Joyful Christmas' no matter where you are.
A swish of 'Cherry Cobbler & Gold Ribbon' - folded in half and adhered with 'Tear & Tape Adhesive', and my favourite 'Linen Thread' with a bow to compliment the Neutral tones.

A colourful flourish of foliage, adhered to a 'Very Vanilla' element die cut using the sweet 'Stitched With Whimsy Dies'.

Use a 'Silicone Craft Sheet', or aluminium foil to protect your work surface.
Next, lay down 2 folded Baby Wipes.
I have used Reinkers in the following colours; 'Cherry Cobbler', 'Crushed Curry', 'Highland Heather' & 'Shaded Spruce', adding random drops onto the *Baby Wipe acting as the 'ink pad', filling in the white spaces big enough for the image to be stamped.
Pick out your stamp, ink it up, stamp onto 'Sahara Sand' cardstock and die cut with a coordinating die.

*TIP: Use a pattern-free Baby Wipe, as the pattern doesn't allow a clean connection with the ink and stamp.

Thankyou for paying me a visit, and I hope to have inspired you to create your project for our JAI Challenge.
See you next time. D x
