Just Add Ink - Just Add Two Challenge #463

Have we got a Challenge for you!
The Just Add Ink Design Team have been creating for our 'Just Choose Two' Challenge;
Foil - Ribbon - Sequins.

We hope you can join in the fun, and you can add your creation to our Challenge Blog gallery here.

I have chosen Foil & Ribbon for my creation...

I have made a box using 'Noble Peacock Specialty DSP' with the 'Parcels & Petals Bundle'.
All wrapped up with the most divine 'Old Olive/Pretty Peacock Reversible Ribbon'.

The sentiment says it all!
I added some 'Gold Foil' to the back of the sweet tag die from the Bundle - snip down the middle of the 'Gold Foil' tag, trim the top and bottom edges from the middle, and adhere to the back of the sentiment.

Metric measurements for the finished box:
9cm x 5.4cm x 3.5cm.

 Imperial measurements:
3-1/2" x 2-1/8" x 1-3/8".

The super cute tiny box in my hand!
You can make 3 boxes from 1 piece of 12" x 12" DSP.

Thankyou for visiting my blog, and don't forget to visit my talented friends from the JAI Design Team. Have a fabulous Friday. D x

Hello, and welcome to my blog.
The Design Team have a Colour Challenge this week using the 2019-2021 In Colors.

We would love for you to join in the fun, and you can add your creation to our Blog Challenge here.

I have created 'Butterfly Gala' mini notecards in the individual 'In Colors', with some 'Very Vanilla' cardstock embossed using the 'Country Floral 3D Embossing Folder'.

The mini notecards measure 7cm x 14cm - scored and folded at 7cm or 2-3/4" x 5-1/2" - scored and folded at 2-3/4".
Very Vanilla card front 6.5cm x 6.5cm or 2-9/16" x 2-9/16".

I stamped the large butterfly antennae onto the punched Circle Vellum cardstock. Bend up the wings of the butterfly, and adhere the body to the Circle.

Thankyou for visiting, and I hope you have enjoyed my creations. Don't forget to hop around and visit the Design Teams blogs for some 'In Color' inspiration. See you next time. D x

Colour INKspiration #CI58

Hello, and welcome to my blog.
The Colour INKspiration Crew have the sweetest of Colours to play with this week.

You may have joined me from Rose's Blog?, and her gorgeous creation using the Challenge Colours. The inspiration from the Crew is a bit fabulous, and enjoy the hop.

Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Blushing Bride & Gold Foil
You are more than welcome to join in with our Colour Challenge. Add your creation to our CI Challenge facebook page gallery here.

I absolutely adore the *Host stamp set 'New Wonder', with the sweetest little fairies.
*As a host you can earn free products, get discounts, and order exclusive products (only available for our hosts) with our Stampin’ Rewards program. For example, if your party sales are $150, you’ll have $15 to spend on whatever you’d like!
It’s our way of saying thank you!

I have used different colouring options to colour my fairy;
'Blender Pen' & ink, 'Stampin' Blends' & 'Stampin' Write Markers'.
The nib of the pen is a stamped image onto 'Gold Foil' and fussy cut.

I have roughed up the edges of the 'Shimmery White' cardstock using the blade of my 'Paper Snips'.
I love the whimsical leafy details stamped in 'Crumb Cake' ink to the corners of my card front.

Next up is Lou and her super fun creation.

Thankyou for visiting me, and I hope to have inspired you with my 'New Wonder' card. See you for the next Challenge. D x

18:00
The Stamping Sunday Design Team have a bunch of 'Daisy Lane' creations on our Blog Hop, for this Sunday.

We have created some Beginner, Casual & Avid Crafter creations to inspire you.

My 3 creations using the 'Daisy Lane' stamp set.
The same layout, however, each level has been stepped up.

Beginner Crafter
A standard card base - 1/2 A4 cardstock
Stamp the stem image using 'Granny Apple Green' ink.
Colour the flower image with 'Stampin' Write Markers' in 'Flirty Flamingo' for the petals, and 'Crushed Curry' for the centre.
Stamp the sentiment using 'Staz-On' ink.

The sweet simplicty.

Casual Crafter
I have fussy cut the flower, and adhered to the stem with a 'Stampin' Dimensional'.
Adhere a mat of 'Flirty Flamingo' cardstock underneath the card front.
And a few pink sequins scattered on the card front.

A few different elements to step-up from the Begginer card.

Avid Crafter
Card base: Flirty Flamingo
Card front: Add some texture with the 'Brick' mask and 'Embossing Paste'.
Fussy cut the stem & flower images.
Adhere the 'Granny Apple Green Ribbon'.
Colour the 'Whisper White Baker's Twine' with the 'Dark Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends Marker'.
Die cut the sentiment using a 'Stitched Nested Labels Die'.
And a few scattered sequins.

A fun stepped-up version using a few different techniques, and elements.

Below are the amazing Design Team.
Be sure to pay them a visit, and admire their creations.
Thankyou for visiting me, and enjoy your Sunday. D x
