The Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges Design Team are all about 'Kids' for our Theme Challenge #021
We would love for you to join in with this fun Challenge, and you can add your creation to our gallery here.

I am loving the NEW (and returning) stamp sets available in the 'Kids & Babies' Occasions section.
However, I picked the adorable 'Treehouse Adventure' Photopolymer stamp set for my creation.

Both my boys helped with the construction of the Treehouse; by picking the colours, and choosing the sentiment for a friends Birthday.

How cute is this Treehouse? Right down to the tyre swing; I added a tiny strip of 'Linen Thread' to hang onto the branch.

Creating the tree was a lot of fun, by adding different coloured inks to the different sized leafy tufts. I fussy cut the whole tree once stamped, and also the tufts of leaves, which are adhered with 'Stampin' Dimensionals'.
I love the simple background of the 'Wood Textures Designer Series Paper' and the 'Early Espresso' cardstock.

The Colour INKspiration Design Team have been busy creating for our Blog Hop.
You may have hopped from my talented friend, Kelly, or have started right here! Enjoy the INKspiration.
The great thing about this Challenge is that you can join in, and you can add your creations to our Facebook gallery here.

Below is the Inspiration photo and our colours for #CI36...

Crushed Curry, Soft Suede, Basic Gray & Silver Foil.

I initially struggled combining the Challenge colours, however, I am happy with my creations.
Using the 'Petal Pallete stamp set for some stamping, 'Petals & More Thinlits Dies' for some die cuts, and colouring the bird with 'Stampin' Write Markers' in 'Crushed Curry', 'Basic Gray' & 'Soft Suede'.

The 'Whisper White Notecards & Envelopes' were the perfect size for my card creation.
I have used a sliver of 'Silver Foil' adhered to the top and bottom of the card.

The 'Silver Mini Gable Box' was a lovely addition to my card.
I love a 3D item to gift with a card, and the 'Silver Mini Gable Boxes' are easy & quick to make up for a little treat box.

Thankyou so much for visiting my blog. Next up is my friend Julia, and I cannot wait to see what Julia has created. It's always something fabulous!

Have a wonderful day wherever you are. D x

Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - Abstract Impressions

| on
18:00

It's the 4th Sunday in the month, and we are sharing with you our creations for the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop. You are currently visiting Denita, from Australia. Welcome!
The theme is 'Abstract Impressions', and I hope you enjoy our creations.

I have used the 'Abstract Impressions' Photopolymer Bundle; stamp set & 'Springtime Impressions' Thinlits Dies, 'Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper' and 'Metallic Ribbon Combo' - everything is coordinated perfectly.

I started out with my favourite patterned 'Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper'.
I used 'Melon Mambo' cardstock for my card base and intricate die-cut butterfly.
I added 'Gold Foil Sheets' for the butterfly underneath.

'Kindness changes everything'
Gold heat embossed sentiment onto 'Vellum' cardstock.

I prettied up a 'Clear Tiny Treat Box' using the left over DSP, and wrapped up with the 'Petal Pink' Metallic Ribbon.
Such cute matchy-matchy!

I finished with a die-cut flower tied with 'Gold Metallic Thread'.

Thankyou for visiting my blog, and you can keep on hopping to see the Stamping Sunday Design Team creations below.
Have a wonderful Sunday. D x
