Colour INKspiration Colour Challenge #150

 Hi there, and welcome to my blog.

I just love the Colour INKspiration Colour Challenges, and I had to play along with their 150th Challenge!

Congratulations CI Crew on your #150, and for always inspiring with your beautiful creations.

As you can see the colours are divine, and I have made a last minute creation to share for this auspicious occasion.

I have used all 5 colours creating a treat box, from the NEW 'Nested Treat Boxes' found in the Mini Catalogue. 

The 'Nested Treat Boxes' were assembled.

I adhered 6cm x 6cm panels of 'Garden Walk Designer Series Paper' to the top and front drawer, and the sides are 6cm x 6cm 'Calypso Coral' cardstock embossed with the 'Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder'.

Decorating with die cut flowers from the 'Paper Florist Dies'.

'For You'

The adorable sentiment is from the 'Just My Type' stamp set; heat embossed with 'White Embossing Powder' onto 'Pretty Peacock' cardstock.

 Hello and welcome to my blog.

The Colour INKspiration Crew have a gorgeous Colour Challenge this week, and it's a beautifully inspired Spring themed Challenge.

'Daffodil Delight', 'Orchid Oasis'& 'Pear Pizzazz'.

You can also use 'Basic Black', 'Basic White', 'Crumb Cake', 'Sahara Sand', 'Very Vanilla' & Metallics.

I have started with an 'Orchid Oasis' card base from the 'Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes' adding a Spring-like flourish of flowers from the Sale-A-Bration 'Hippo Dies'.

'Thank You' sentiment from the 'Good Feelings' stamp set stamped with 'Orchid Oasis' ink.

I love the double layered Square elements die cut using the 'Stylish Shapes Dies'.

Such a simple, yet delightful & happy card.

Colour INKspiration #126

 It's Colour Challenge time with the Colour INKspiration Crew.

This week I have chosen the photo for inspiration, and I found this beautiful art work 'Women's Ceremony' by Kaureen Bird from This is Aboriginal Art.

We would love for you to join in our latest challenge and you can add your project to our gallery here.

 

'PumpkinPie, Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Cajun Craze & Soft Suede.

You can also use 'Basic Black', 'Basic White', 'Crumb Cake', 'Sahara Sand', 'Very Vanilla' & Metallics.

I have used 'Blending Brushes' to colour 'Very Vanilla' cardstock using all the Challenge Colours.

The muted tones of the colours still make an impact with the die cuts that I have used.

Details: Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.

Stamp the large leaf images using stamped off Soft Suede ink.

Arrange the flourish die cuts.

Linen Thread & bow.

Sentiment adhered with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

'Let's celebrate'

Soft Suede ink stamped onto 'Very Vanilla' cardstock and die cut using the banner die from the 'Stylish Shapes Dies'.
