Well, hello!
It's been a while since I have created, photographed, edited and blogged for the 'Stamping Sunday Design Team'.
I am back, and couldn't wait to join in with our 'In a Word' theme for our February Blog Hop.
I have 2 cards to show you, and I love me some simple with a bit of a bow (usually using 'Linen Thread').
Enjoy my 'In a Word' creations.
I started out by die cutting my 'words' using the 'Love for You Dies' from the 'Love for You Bundle'.
Divine 'Country Gingham 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper' in Sweet Sorbet with Sale-a-Bration
'Dainty Flowers 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper'.
I think these beautiful papers combine so well together!
Adhere the 'Sweet Sorbet Country Gingham DSP' to 'Sweet Sorbet' cardstock.
Fussy cut the oval of flower wreath, stamp the sentiment, and adhere the oval wreath to the card front using 'Stampin' Dimensionals'.
Adhere the 'Love you' die cut words onto the oval using 'Mini Stampin' Dimensionals', and paint the 'Petal Pink' words with 'Wink of Stella'.
Add a handful of Pink 'For Everything Fancy Sequins' scattered around, finishing with a 'Linen Thread' bow.
This is just a lovely and simple combo of the papers, split with 'Linen Thread'.
Adhere the 'for you' using 'Mini Stampin' Dimensionals' and tie the 'Linen Thread' bow securing with a 'Mini Glue Dot'.
I had a little piece of 'Gingham left over, which ended up on the inside of the card.
Below is the list of my amazing and talented Design Team members who have their 'In a Word' themed creations for you to enjoy...
See you in March with our next Blog Hop. D x
