Just Add Ink - 'Sketch' Challenge #543

It's a fun 'Sketch' Challenge, suggested by Kelly, for the JAI Design Team.

We would love for you to play along, and you can add your project to our gallery, here.

A 'Sketch' Challenge allows you to use whatever stamp set, Bundle or Suite.

 With the added freedom for you to use any Colours, Theme, Designer Series Papers, Ribbons or Embellishments to create your project.

I started with the 'Shimmery White' & 'Vellum' poppy - so soft and delicate, and perfect for a Wedding or Anniversary card.

I added the 'Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper' as a background feature, and added small strips of 'Basic Black' cardstock to make the grid pattern.

You may find a few scattered 'Pearl Basic Jewels' too.

A sweet sentiment stamped into the corner of my card.

Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges Blog Hop - 'Colour' Challenge #084

 The Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges Design Team have been creating for our new 'Colour' Challenge #084.

Join in the fun, and add your project to our gallery here.

The prettiest of colours; 'Blushing Bride', 'Rococo Rose', 'Sahara Sand' & 'Basic Black'.

I started with the colour block background;

Emboss the 3 pieces of cardstock using the 'Ornate Floral 3D Embossing Folder'.

Die cut using the largest rectangle from the 'Stitched Rectangle Dies'.

I stamped the floral & dragonfly images onto 'Whisper White' cardstock, prior to die cutting with the 'Painted Labels Die'.

The punched mini dragonflies in 'Vellum' are a perfect little addition to the sentiment element. 

And a swish of 'Braided Linen Trim'.

Just Add Ink - 'Just Add a Blended Background' Challenge #541

We have a fun 'Just Add a Blended Background' for the Just Add Ink Design Team Challenge this week.

We would love to see your project in our gallery, and you can add them here.

I have used 2 Sale-A-Bration products for my creations, and I hope you are inspired by my 'Blended Background'.

I have used the Sale-A-Bration 'Oh So Ombrè Designer Series Paper' as my Blended Background. 

When you are time poor, and you have a stack of the gorgeous 'Oh So Ombrè DSP', you are on a winner!

And those presents, from 'Kangaroo and Company stamp set are coloured with 'Stampin' Blends Markers'. Fussy cut, and stacked into a pile of fun.

And that Birthday hat!

You can't have a Birthday without balloons,  and paper balloons are my favourite environmentally friendly kind.

'It's your birthday!'

I thought I would add some cute gift packaging making a 'Sour Cream Container' from 1 piece of the 'Oh So Ombrè DSP'.

I have attached the balloon & string to a sliver of 'Window Sheet'.

Cute, hey?

Colour INKspiration #CI93

 Hello, and welcome to my blog.

The Colour INKspiration Crew have a brand new Colour Challenge, and we would love for you to join in the fun.

Create a project using our Challenge colours,  and add it our gallery here.

Sahara Sand, Granny Apple Green & Pacific Point.

You can also use Basic Black, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Whisper White & Metallics.

I have combined the 'Sweet Strawberry Bundle' & the Sale-A-Bration 'Berry Blessings Bundle'.

I have stamped the flourish with 'Sahara Sand' ink and coloured the images using 'Watercolour Pencils' and a 'Blender Pen'.

'Hello there'

Tip: Stamp off twice the solid flower and leaf images, then stamp the outline over the top without stamping off.

And that 'Ladybug Trinket' is just the cutest addition!

I love the simplicity of a background feature, using the divine Sale-A-Bration 'Berry Blessings Designer Series Paper'.
