Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - 'Holiday Scrapbook Page'

Hello, and welcome to the Stamping Sunday Design Team Blog Hop.

You may have hopped to me from the amazing Katja in Germany, or you are starting with me in Australia!

Enjoy our 'Holiday Scrapbook Pages', and we hope to inspire you too.

Starting with a B&W photo of our 2 boys, and a piece of 12"x12" 'Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper'. 

I created this Christmas themed Scrapbook page with a minimalist approach; a simply stamped 'Love, Santa' sentiment (from the 'Love, Santa Tag Kit'), adding 'Gold Foil' stars to the top left, and die cut Christmas Trees in the bottom right hand corner.

This photo was taken 9 years ago, and we had finished putting up our Christmas tree. They both found a spot behind the tree to hide from Santa when he came to visit with the elves on Christmas night.

Now, I need to  continue printing photos and documenting our memories.

Christmas Trees using 'Blushing Bride', 'Mint Macaron' & 'Mossy Meadow' . I added a 'Gold Foil' star to one of the trees.

And now it's time to visit Tammy, and I cannot wait to see her Holiday Scrapbook page.

Inspire.Create.Stamping 'Bright and Bold' Challenge #104

Thankyou for joining me, and you are about to see my creation for the Inspire.Create.Stamping 'Bright and Bold' Challenge.

I found the Bright and Bold stripes within the 'Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper', and here is my Christmas card.

The 'Basic White' card base has been stamped with the dotty Christmas Tree using 'Polished Pink' ink.

I die cut the Designer Series Paper with the 'Stitched With Whimsy Dies', then added the Christmas goodness; sentiment, ribbon, iridescent snowflake, die cut Christmas Trees and sequins.

This is my 'Bright and Bold'.

Non traditional but full of happy.

Just Add Ink - 'Just Add Legs' Challenge #581

Hi there!

It's a Just Add Ink Challenge, and this week the theme is 'Just Add Legs'.

The Design Team have some gorgeous creations to inspire you, and we hope to see your project in our gallery. Add your project here.

I only had legs with the 'Count On Me' stamp set, but at the last minute I thought about the little Elves in the 'Christmas Whimsy Card Kit', and I made my own water washed background and embossed gold stars.

I have started with 'Shimmery White' cardstock, and water washed with 'Balmy Blue'& 'Misty Moonlight' inks.

Once dried, I stamped the snow line in 'Balmy Blue' ink using the snow line stamp in the 'Penguin stamp set.

The stars have been heat embossed using 'Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder'.

Those little legs, and divine shoes!

I had fun creating a variation with the 'Christmas Whimsy Card Kit'.
