Stamping Sunday Blog Hop - 'This With That'

It's a 'This With That' - using something new with something returning Blog Hop.

I had to think about this one, yet my something new is the HOST 'Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper' along with my something returning 'Penguin Place' stamp set and coordinating 'Penguin Builder Punch'.

It's almost July, and we sometimes celebrate 'Christmas in July' in Australia.

I have made a cute card, and Cracker Treat Box for my creations.

An adorable little Penguin and her cute 'To the coolest friend' sentiment.

The HOST 'Celebrate Everything' Designer Series Paper makes a gorgeous background - full of snowflakes if you need some 'Polished Pink' Christmassy fun?

'Cracker Treat Box Dies' are my favourite 3D item.

How cute is this little Christmas Cracker? And those 'Polished Pink' bows?

I just adore this little combo, and with all the beautiful patterns within the Designer Series Paper pack, there are a lot of Christmas style creations you can make.

Colour INKSpiration #124

We are back with a Colour INKspiration Colour Challenge, and it runs for 3 weeks ending 11th July, 2022.

Challenge Guidelines:

• Create a NEW project made specifically for this challenge.
• Use all of the challenge colours (or close substitutions) unless stated. 
• Upload only ONE picture per entry straight to the Discussion Wall and NOT in an album.

'Daffodil Delight', 'Parakeet Party', 'Tahitian Tide' & 'Night of Navy'.

You can also use You can also use Basic Black, Basic White, Crumb Cake, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla & Metallics. We also allow 'Ivory' & 'Bronze' in the Stampin' Blends.

I have used the cutest 'Kindest Gnomes' Bundle which is in the July-December 2022 Min Catalogue, available 1st July, 2022! 

I adore these little gnomes!

I have stamped them using 'Sahara Sand' ink & coloured them with a 'Blender Pen' and inks.

Their faces are coloured with the 'Ivory Stampin' Blends Marker' and shoes with the 'Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Markers'. I have outlined the edges of the die cuts with the 'Light Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Marker'.

I have highlighted the beard & plaits/braids with the 'Crumb Cake Stampin' Write Marker'.

Hats: Blended ink using a 'Blending Brush' onto 'Basic White' cardstock. 

Stamping the hat images with 'Sahara Sand' ink and fussy cutting, adhering to the original gnome with 'Stampin' Dimensionals'.

The little flower is a left over from the 'In Blooms Dies'.

Details:

  'Hello' sentiment from the 'Cactus Cuties' stamp set. 

Stamped using 'Night of Navy' ink onto 'Crumb Cake' cardstock. 

Embossed with the 'Timber 3D Embossing Folder', and die cut.

And of course, a 'Linen Thread' bow.

The background is stamped using 'Sahara Sand' ink and images from the 'Dragonfly Garden' stamp set, and I coloured the flowers, leaves & butterflies using 'Watercolor Pencils' & ink with a 'Blender Pen'.

The centre of the flower is coloured with the 'Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Marker'.

Inspire.Create.Stamping 'Colour' Challenge #119

It's a 'Colour' Challenge for the Inspire.Create.Stamping Design Team.

'Sweet Sorbet', 'Parakeet Party', 'Tahitian Tide', 'Starry Sky' & 'Orchid Oasis'.

We have been admiring the 2022-2024 In Colors for a month or so, and we have a handful of new ideas to share with you.

A little bit of fussy cutting with those little tea cups - 'Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper', sitting on a 'Tahitian Tide' blended background.

Nothing cuter than fussy cut mini tea cups!, on a 'Stitched With Whimsy' element.

Some White 'Classic Matte Dots' cover the finger print ink marks very well.

The card base is the size of a notecard; 3-1/2" x 5".

I stamped the small & large leaf images onto the card front using 'Starry Sky' ink.

Sentiment: stamped using 'Orchid Oasis' ink.
