Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges Blog Hop - Theme Challenge #048

It's the Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges 'Theme Challenge' #048

We have been busy creating 'Birthday' projects, and we hope to see you join in with this fun Challenge.

Add your projects to our Challenge gallery here.

I have had a fun time using the 'Perennial Birthday' & 'Birthday Backgrounds' stamp sets.

For the first time ever, I have used the 'Baby Wipe Technique' to create my background with one of the 'Birthday Bakcground' stamps.
'Flirty Flamingo', 'Mango Melody' & 'Petal Pink' are the reinkers I have used - drop a few drops of the colours onto a Baby Wipe, stamp onto the inked Baby Wipe, and stamp straight onto cardstock.
It's that simple for such a great effect!

I coloured the 'HAPPY' letters individually, using the 'In Color 2018-2020 Stampin' Write Markers'.
I punched the letters using the largest of the balloons from the 'Balloon Bouquet Punch'.
Tie some 'Silver Metallic Thread' around the base of the balloon.

I coloured some 'Whisper White Baker's Twine' with the 'Light Lovely Lipstick Stampin' Blends Marker', to tie up the threads.

A fun 'Happy Birthday' card.
I can't wait to use different colours, and the different 'Birthday Backgrounds' images to make all sorts of different cards.
I hope you get a chance to make some 'Baby Wipe Technique' projects too.

Thankyou for visiting, and be sure to check out the Design Teams creations for more 'Birthday' inspirtion.

Power of the Punch - Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop

Hello! Welcome to my blog and to the September Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop.

Thankyou for joining me from the lovely Dena.
From here on in you are in for a treat with the Design Teams take on the
'Power of the Punch'.

I have used 3 stamp sets & coordinating punches for my creations...

Gift tags using the 'Tag Topper Scalloped Punch', and decorated using the 'Balloon Celebration' stamp set + coordinating 'Balloon Bouquet Punch'.

I have used the In Color 2018-2020 'Designer Series Paper' + 'A4 Cardstock Pack' for the colourful balloons. And a little bit of 'Basic Black Baker's Twine' to tie onto the tags.

'Daisy Delight' stamp set + coordinating 'Daisy Punch' + 'Tag Topper Scalloped Punch' gift tags.

Fitting for our start of Spring in Australia, these sweet Daisy gift tags are perfect and ready for a Spring Happy Birthday celebration.

The 'Daffodil Delight Double-Stitched Ribbon' is a perfect match!

And my favourite of the Christmas stamp sets; 'Cookie Cutter Christmas' stamp set + 'Cookie Cutter Builder Punch' + 'Banner Triple Punch'.

Notecard measurements:

Card base: 3 1/2" x 7", scored and folded at 3 1/2" or 9cm x 18cm, scored and folded at 9cm.

Whisper White cardstock mat: 3 1/4 x 3 1/4" or 8.2cm x 8.2cm

The 'Dashing Along DSP' banner measures 2" x 3" or 5cm x 7.5cm, and adhered onto 'Crumb Cake Cardstock'.

My go-to trolley full of my punches, and my cache of Stampin' Up! products.

My first ever purchase was a '1" Circle Punch' in September 2011. And still going strong after 7 years!

Have yourself a wonderful Sunday, and see you next month.
