Just Add Ink - 'Inspiration' Challenge #536

 The Just Add Ink Design Team have a Christmas Inspiration Challenge for this week.

Check out the Inspiration image below, and show us your creativity by adding your project into our gallery here. 

The best part of our 'Inspiration' Challenge is that you choose your stamp set, your own layout & design, your theme, you can use similar colours and create what you want.

I have used my most favourite stamp set from our August-December Mini Catalogue, 

'Gnome for the Holidays'. (Inspired by the snow man in the image.)

I coloured my Gnome with 'Stampin' Blends Markers', and I have fussy cut him out.

Adding 'Stampin' Dimensionals' to the Gnome for a little lift from the circle element.

I have used the 'Cherry Cobbler' star pattern from the 'Classic Christmas' Designer Series Paper, for the background of my Gnome.

The 'Shaded Spruce' foliage is from the 'Christmas Layers Dies'. I have snipped the branches, and adhered them underneath the circle element.

The sentiment is from the 'Perfectly Plaid' stamp set, and I have heat embossed it directly to the 'In Good Taste' Designer Series Paper using the 'White Stampin' Emboss Powder'.

Just Add Ink - Inspiration Challenge #506

Hello, and welcome to my blog.
The 'Just Add Ink Design Team' have an amazing 'Inspiration' Challenge, and we have some incredible creations for you to see.
We would love for you to play along with this Challenge, and you can add your project to our blog gallery here.

I was inspired by the colours and have used the; 'Crushed Curry', 'Garden Green', 'Rich Razzleberry' & 'Basic Grey' with some 'Gold Foil' as my starting point.

Hands up who are sad the beautiful 'Honey Bee Bundle' is retiring?
I'm making the most of this delightful Bundle!
A NEW punch has helped me make the sentiment; 'Lovely Labels Pick a Punch', available June 3rd, 2020.

The bee-hive has been embossed using 'Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder', creating the shine of the ceramic bowls in the Inspiration photo.

The beautiful 'Gold Foil' bee is the centrepiece of the card front.

The 'Basic Gray' background has been embossed using the 'Bricks & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder'. Something like the tiled kitchen bench.

Inspire.Create.Stamping Challenges Blog Hop - Inspiration Challenge #069

Hello, and welcome to my blog.

We are introducing a new type of Challenge for the Inspire.Create Stamping Challenges, and from today we are including an 'Inspiration' Challenge, using one of our Design Team Members projects.

We are inspired by Liz Yuille's cute ladybug 'Peekaboo Flip Card', 

and below is my take on Liz's creation.

I am taking the opportunity to use about to retire products, and the 'Animal Outing Bundle' is just too cute, and is a perfect start to my 'Peekaboo Flip Card'.
I have also used the 'Piece of Cake Bundle' - the flowers in the Kangaroo's pouch are from this stamp set.

I have used 'Tuxedo Black Memento' ink to stamp my images, and coloured using 'Stampin' Blends Markers'.
The 'Crumb Cake' card front has been embossed using the about to retire 'Country Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder'.

The flip component has a Birthday cake image inside - matching the flowers from the card front, and a simple 'Happy Birthday' sentiment.
I added a 'Whisper White' square to the 'Coastal Cabana' tab, prior to adhering the cake & stand.

I have used the coordinating 'Cake Builder Punch' for my birthday cake and stand.

Petal Pink Card base: 14.8cm x 21 cm - scored & folded to 10.5cm x 14.8cm
Petal Pink layer: 10.5cm x 14.3cm - embossed using 'Subtle 3D Embossing Folder'.
Crumb Cake card front: x 10.5cm - embossed using 'Country Floral Dynamic TIEF'.
Flirty Flamingo Square: 6cm  x 6cm
Whisper White Square: 4.5cm x 4.5cm (using second from largest Square; 'Stitched Shapes Dies')
Coastal Cabana Pull Tab: 5cm x 14.9cm - scored at 9cm & 10cm
