It's a 'For Him' Theme Challenge for this weeks Global Design Project #gdp103.
Not a card and not a 3D item...
A Scrap page of my boys!
I was inspired from the image on the boys T shirts. They don't usually wear matchy-matchy, but these T's are so cool and they both love them.
So, I whipped out my sea-themed stampsets; 'Message in a Bottle', 'Seaside Shore' and 'High Tide'.
I stamped the bubbles image from the 'Seaside Shore' stamp set underneath the photograph. Giving the photo a bit of framing.
The images were stamped in 'Smoky Slate' and 'Basic Gray' ink, and fussy cut. I antiqued the images using 'Crumb Cake' ink and a 'Sponge Dauber'. For some of the images I used a 'Basic Gray' Stampin' Write Marker to outline. The mermaid was coloured with 'Emerald Envy' very lightly.
And the inspiration for my Scrap Page - the image on front of the boys T shirts appropriately titled 'Inked'.
Thankyou for taking the time to check out my creation. I had a lot of fun designing this Scrap page, and my boys loved it too. Have a wonderful rest of your weekend. D x

ReplyDeleteThankyou Joanne! I am not a Scrap booker; this is my 4th page, and I am so happy with it. The best bit was when I showed my boys and they loved it as much. Thankyou for your lovely comment. D xox
