'The Great Outdoors' - Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop

The Creation Station Design Team have a Blog Hop with the theme; 'The Great Outdoors' using a monochromatic colour palette. 

I have used the 'Wildly Happy' stamp set with background floral stamps from 'Lovely You', 'Timeless Tropical' & 'Forever Fern'.

My colours: 'Sahara Sand', 'Smoky Slate', 'Cajun Craze' & ' Whisper White' with 'Basic Black'.

I stamped the flourish image with 'Sahara Sand' ink onto 'Sahara Sand' cardstock prior to running it through the 'Subtle 3D Embossing Folder'.

The palm trees from the 'Timeless Tropical' stamp set are a perfect background for the elephants.

A touch of 'White Chalk Marker' to highlight the ears, face & tail of the foxes.

Some colouring with 'Stampin Blends Markers' for the pandas; 'Smoky Slate Combo' & 'Light Basic Black'.

Whatever You Wanna Be Stampin' - Creation Station Design Team Blog Hop

 The Creation Station Design Team have a fun theme for our October Blog Hop.

We are picking a Spice Girl; Sporty, Scary, Posh, Ginger or Baby. The inspiration coming from their names... or music?, however, I can't wait to see what the Design Team have come up with!

My pick was 'Baby', and I have created a few items to welcome a Newborn using the sweet 'Wildly Happy' stamp set.

I have used the 'Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Series Paper' and coordinating 'Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo' for my baby card.

'Mint Macaron' & 'Terracotta Tile' are a great colour combination.

'Sweetest Baby'

I have kept my creation as simple as can be, and only using the 'Jet Black Stazon' ink pad for the stamping of the bunnies.

*You could always stamp the bunnies (or other animals in the set) with 'Memento' ink, and colour with 'Stampin' Blends Markers'.

'Little One'

I love gift tags, and this is just the cutest!

*This would look lovely tied to a brown paper bag or package.

Details: 

DSP measurements: 5cm x 10.5cm or 2" x 4-1/4".

'Delightful Tag Topper Punch', 'Terracotta Tile Ribbon' and a 'Linen Thread' bow.

I couldn't resist, and I made this cute little package using the 'Perfect Parcels Dies'.

Tied up with 'Terracotta Tile Ribbon' and a mini tag.

'Terracotta Tile' Tag: The Square tag die from the 'Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Dies.

'Mint Macaron' Hearts: 'Trio of Tags Dies' - I adhered the plain heart to the back of the detailed heart, adding a 'Stampin' Dimensional' to apply to the tag.

Tied to the ribbon with 'Linen Thread'.

The Just Add Ink Design Team have been creating for our 'Colour' Challenge #469.

Below is our Challenge Colour swatch...

Colours: 'Pretty Peacock', 'Terracotta Tile' & 'Grapefruit Grove'.

'Basic Black, 'Whisper White'. 'Very Vanilla' And Metallics can also be used.

 I started out with the foxes from the 'Wildly Happy' stamp set.

'Terracotta Tile' & 'Grapefruit Grove' are perfect colours combined to colour the fox fur.

 The flower and leaves are from 'Free as a Bird' stamp set.

I have embossed the 'Terracotta Tile' card front with 'Woodland Embossing Folder'.

'We're the best of friends' sentiment from 'Free as a Bird' stamp set.

Colours: Basic Gray, Mango Melody & Pool Party.

You can also use 'Whisper White, 'Black Black', 'Very Vanilla', 'Crumb Cake' & Metallics.

I started out with the elephant stamp from 'Wildly Happy'.
I coloured the images with 'Basic Gray Watercolor Pencils' and blended with a 
'Blender Pen'.

I love the arrow with leaves image from the 

*Host set, 'Believe You Can'.

I stamped each of the colours, and fussy cut the arrows to make a feature.
